From the frame to the final tuft, every piece is crafted under one roof, ensuring heirloom-quality, sustainability, and quick 6–9 week lead times (often sooner). With 45+ fabrics and COM options, we’ve got you covered. Choose from 30+ wood stains or let us color match any Sherwin‑Williams paint. We’re experts in customizing our 500+ frames and can bring your unique designs to life, too.

Tailored Options
The easy tweaks are easy: swap the leg, change the number of cushions, pick a different seat depth — no added lead time. But this is where we go further than anyone else: we’ll build the arm 2″ taller, or stretch a sectional piece 12″ so it lands exactly on your wall. Frame modifications like these are the customizations other companies won’t touch — for a designer, they’re the difference between close and perfect.

Cushion Packages
Most pieces come standard with a Comfort Medium seat and Fiber back. Rotate cushions periodically.
Luxe Premium Package
Seat, back & throw with a memory-foam layer — 9.5″ total seat thickness. Stays better; doesn’t puddle.
Signature Package
Down-blend seats, backs & pillows. Plush; will puddle.
Pillows & Trims
Shapes: Flanged Edge · Cylinder · Kidney · Ball (13″) · Plain
Change the shape at no charge in the same size or smaller — any increase in size is an upcharge. Standard pillow size 22″ or 24″, varies by model. Luxe pillows standard on every piece; upgrade any pillow to Signature fill, $35 each.

Warranty
Local repairs and returns & freight charges per the full warranty terms — your trade rep can send the complete document.
Fabric exclusions include pet damage and improper cleaning. Treatment with any stain repellant or after-market chemical voids the fabric warranty.
