Once part of a building’s frame, these vintage beams are now working a new job as a console table. Guobjorg is built from roughly hewn boards, used for both the top and the legs. Light sanding keeps splinters at bay but leaves the marks and cuts that show where this wood has been. No two are the same—each table varies in size, color, and shape.
Our vintage wooden furniture carries the patina of time—knots, worn edges, natural splits, and uneven surfaces that speak to its story. You may notice variations in finish, grain, or tone; these aren’t flaws, they’re signs of authenticity. We’ll never sell anything structurally unsound, but expect small chips, scratches, or weathered marks that reflect a life well-lived.
