Description

Originally sourced from farmhouses and village homes across Europe, these wooden ladders have been repurposed into freestanding display shelves. The A-frame construction features three levels of slatted shelving with metal chains connecting the sides for support. Use one in a bathroom for folded towels, in a living room for books and decorative objects or as a display fixture for markets and retail spaces. The ladder folds flat for storage and shipping with light assembly required and no hardware needed. Each piece varies in wood color, grain and finish reflecting its previous use.

Our founder's story

More Than Just Beautiful Things

At Hello Norden, we’re not here to sell trends. We’re here to help you create spaces that feel like you. Spaces that calm your body, support your nervous system, and tell a story you recognize as your own.

Every piece we offer—vintage, made-to-order, or newly crafted—is chosen for how it feels, not just how it looks.

Founder Kassina Folstad spent 22 years designing spaces and studying how environments impact the body. That led to the creation of the RUTED Method—a science-backed, story-rich approach to design that’s changing the way we think about home.
