Aino Jar

Originally used in the Mediterranean to store olives. These 19th-century terracotta jars were partially buried in the ground to help keep their contents cool. Each jar is handcrafted with a rounded body, tapered base and narrow opening reflecting the practical design of traditional food storage vessels. Today they work as standalone decorative pieces in an entryway, living room or covered patio. The unglazed terracotta has a natural aged surface with visible markings from previous use. As genuine vintage pieces, size, shape, color and condition will vary from jar to jar. Stand not included.

Our founder's story
More Than Just Beautiful Things
At Hello Norden, we’re not here to sell trends. We’re here to help you create spaces that feel like you. Spaces that calm your body, support your nervous system, and tell a story you recognize as your own.
Every piece we offer—vintage, made-to-order, or newly crafted—is chosen for how it feels, not just how it looks.
Founder Kassina Folstad spent 22 years designing spaces and studying how environments impact the body. That led to the creation of the RUTED Method—a science-backed, story-rich approach to design that’s changing the way we think about home.
